This place is amazing! The customer service is something to be studied from the Manager Oscar, the receptionist Chris, and the wonderful Dr. Luo!! The office is inviting and peaceful and everyone is friendly. I used to go to Memorial Eye Center and I think I've found my new eye place. I only came in for a quote and questions but I'm definitely booking soon! Please keep up the great work guys you're awesome seriously!!!

They were so kind and welcoming! The front desk lady that did my screening was so sweet and funny! The Dr. who did my eye exam was thorough and explained everything really well. Oscar helped us get the most out of our insurance and went as far as coming out to the car to remind us about the rebate that could potentially save us money! It was a very smooth and pleasant experience!! 10/10 would recommend especially if it's your first time!

Great experience. The staff was nice and my appt. Was quick. Oscar took his time to Help me find a pair of glasses I liked, with no rush. Great service!

My experience at MyEyeDr was great. Dr. Henery Luo gave a very thorough exam and explained everything clearly. Oscar Bautista, the general manager, was incredibly helpful and showed me several ways to save money. The staff is welcoming, the service is quick, and their prices and discounts are much better than I expected. I'll definitely be coming back.

My review isn't any different than the others.. What an experience! This was a new spot for me. I arrived and was quickly greeted by Ms. Chris. She was helpful, professional and very pleasant. I truly enjoyed talking with her. She explained everything to me. As I looked around, I saw that the office was kid friendly. Nice touch. Then it happened, I met Dr. Henry Luo... He was thorough with my exam, professional, and friendly. He answered all of my questions and gave great advice. Dr. Luo was very easy to talk to. I had to take his card. This review had to happen. Dr. Luo is excellent--knowledgeable, attentive, and truly easy to talk to. Oscar, the office manager, is incredibly helpful and delivers exceptional customer service. He consistently goes above and beyond, taking the time to learn your name and support your individual needs. I highly recommend this location!

Oscar is the absolute best! Got Ray-ban Meta with my prescription! So excited. Dr. Luo was very helpful and kind. This is my new go-to for yearly exams!
