Amazing experience! My son needed durable glasses to wear while playing basketball and we needed a visit during the Thanksgiving holiday. We were able to call and get an appointment on short notice. The lobby was very comfortable, and our wait time was very short. Dr. Roland was very caring and patient while examining my son's vision. He made great recommendations on how to keep his vision in top shape. They have a large variety of frames and several options for lenses. They definitely carry the top brands for frames and highest quality lens options! We definitely would recommend to all!

The Dr. Was very good. Felt comfortable. The follow up was lacking. Was never contacted when my glasses arrived. I contacted them after 2 weeks.

I went to this eye clinic for my annual eye exam. The doctor was great--really informative, professional, and thorough--but the experience with the front desk and sales staff was awful. From the moment I walked in, no one even looked up or said hello. I was left waiting with zero communication. During the eye testing, the staff member (same girl that was at the front desk when I arrived) seemed rushed, annoyed, and uninterested in actually doing a proper job. After seeing the doctor, I was walked back to meet with another staff member that was to help with contacts. She immediately assumed I wanted a 12-month supply and quoted me over $400--while I can buy the same contacts online for half that price! She spent several minutes trying to "find me a deal" and kept making unsolicited comments about where I normally get my contacts. I just wanted my exam and my prescription, but the upselling and attitude made the whole thing uncomfortable and frustrating. On top of that, the price the girl at the front desk had quoted me before my exam ($150-$180) was way off from the final bill of $243, which felt misleading. Bottom line: the doctor is excellent, but the front desk and sales staff were unprofessional and pushy. I've never experienced such horrible customer service at a a doctors visit. I will never be back. Don't waste your time or money.

The whole experience for my first pair of glasses as an adult was very pleasant and easy. I love my glasses so much and plan to continue to come here for my ocular needs.
