I had a great experience at this eye doctor clinic. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff was friendly and professional. The doctor was very thorough, paid close attention to detail, and took the time to clearly explain everything about my exam and results. I never felt rushed and truly appreciated the care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

The staff is super friendly and professional as they greet you when you walk in the door. They are patient and listen to any concerns you may have about your eyes and vision. Dr. Pham is very nice and offers easy to understand explanations and concerns she may have about your vision. She will always be my eye Doc!

I've been seeing different Optometrists for about 50 years. Some were good, some were bad and some were just... unsettling. I saw Dr. Pham today for a medical evaluation (cataracts). I love this place! The staff was friendly and they all knew what each other were doing. Dr. Pham didn't waste 30 minutes showing me images of my eyes that had nothing to do with cataracts. 1 image. 1 diagnosis. Perfect. They have modern testing equipment meaning I didn't get my eyes blasted with puffs of air and they didn't need to put drops of liquid fire into my eyes. I'll never need to find another Optometrist.

The wonderful staff at this office went above and beyond to make our experience as easy as possible or. The front desk spent time trying to correct our insurance issues for us and Lizzy was an amazing!!!

I have a very complicated vision history and everyone from the tech, Lizzie to Dr Pham to the front desk was very nice and kind. Dr Pham gave me some good recommendations for further care also. I highly recommend them and look forward to using them in the future.

The Clear Lake office is fantastic, highly recommend. They were very helpful seeing me at the last minute and helped with my Insurance. When arrived everyone was very helpful. The Dr took her time and helped me. She answered all my question and was very thorough. If you need an eye Dr please go the Clear Lake office.
