I went with my mom to our annual eye exam at the Eye Doctor's office, and I must say, the process was smooth and efficient. After about seven business days, we received a notification that our glasses were ready for pickup. We truly appreciate the care and attention from the doctor and assistants. We had a wonderful experience here!

The front desk interaction was disappointing from the start. The receptionist was rude and dismissive during our conversation. When I declined retinal imaging -- which I already had last year and know can be done every other year, not annually -- I was told I could not say no to that service, which was both surprising and uncomfortable. I also brought in a pair of glasses that were prescribed and purchased at this exact same location a year ago. Last year, I began experiencing headaches but didn't understand why. By the end of the year, I decided to stop wearing the glasses, and the headaches stopped. From this, I concluded there may have been an issue with the glasses or prescription and wanted to have them checked to see if the prescription was correct. I was not asking for anything additional -- I simply asked if someone could look at them and verify whether they were made correctly or matched the prescription. I was immediately told by the front desk that they would not look at them because they were a year old. Mind you, I purchased these glasses here. Because of this interaction and the lack of attention to my concerns, I do not feel the customer service or care I expect. I canceled my appointment and will seek care elsewhere.

Absolutely incredible staffs at the Voss Road Houston Texas Location . Every touch point was met with a high level of professionalism. My colleague had recommended the place he spoke highly of the staffs there and I experienced it as well. Staffs were warm,courteous, helpful and kind. Thank you all so much!

Had a good eye exam with friendly people. They explained all the details of what's happening with my eyes and they found my old records so that they can order very similar new frames and features (progressive and transition).

My daughters glasses were ready in a couple of days, I wasn't expecting them so soon. These guys are awesome!!! Fast and super friendly Definitely recommend
