Beyond a smooth and reassuring exam, he took the time to recommend a personalized eye care routine to help manage my long-term dry eye symptoms--something I genuinely appreciated and found extremely helpful. It's clear he cares about long-term eye health, not just the visit itself. **Noemi and Alexis** were both excellent during the frame selection process. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, offered thoughtful guidance, and ensured I felt confident in my decision. With their help, I ultimately settled on a pair of **Meta Ray-Ban (Gen 2)** frames, which I'm very excited about. **Noemi** also went the extra mile by taking the time to answer questions about future frame purchases for my partner, which really stood out and showed a high level of care and attentiveness beyond my own appointment. The team's professionalism, positive energy, and customer-first approach made the entire experience smooth, enjoyable, and genuinely rewarding. Had an amazing experience at this location. Noemi was amazing, so professional yet personable. He had great conversations made my exam fun. Then Alexis was also awesome she described what my insurance covered and we had a blast trying on different frames for me. It made me happy that people love what they do. I felt like family will definitely return.

My eye appointment was incredible as always. Been coming for years but Shaneera made my experience seamless! Very professional, helpful, and fashionable. Her knowledge helped me pick the perfect pair of frames for face which is hard because I'm extremely picky!

I've been coming to this location since it was TSO. Today I had the best experience. The Dr addressed my concerns and was super efficient. Everyone there was so pleasant. The lady that originally took me back was uber nice. However, I have to give the biggest shout out to Noemi ( I hope I spelled it coreectly). She was so patient with me as I am very indecisive. I had her all over the place trying on different frames and even after picking the frames I had her switching up the various options. Not one time did she get annoyed or disgruntled and I appreciate that. 10/10 recommend!

My overall experience was very horrible I came in to replace frames that I purchase in June and was quoted a price of $130 just to repair the frames ! No other solutions were given they taxed me an extra $10 to repair as well based on it not being put in as a prescription! The customer service is not very kind due to the fact that they want you to pay money upfront and not give you solutions to help customers ! I have been wearing glasses for years and have never had such a bad experience with a company after this experience I will be taking my business elsewhere .
