Everyone was friendly, warm, and personable. I got my glasses adjusted quickly. Will definitely be back for my annual exam. A little bit of good customer service goes a long way with me. The team at the 4850 Main St. location are amazing!! I have used this location for 20 years and will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone I know. Dr. Marcaccio puts me at ease and takes the time to explain what's going on with my eyes as well as what to expect. Plus we bonded over our love of dogs and donuts. Margie is a great technician and even makes the air-puff-in-the-eye machine tolerable. Emily in sales and Daniel managing the office create that family atmosphere and have such great taste when I need to pick out new frames. I absolutely love this team!!!
