Excellent customer service! Highly recommend I had a contact emergency while visiting from out of state and was well taken care of by the staff here. It is refreshing to find this level of care and have a positive outcome. It is also great to be able to see clearly again! Thank you!

The doctor was very detailed about my exam. Shaneera Williams the General Manager was very helpful in helping me select my frames. She was very caring, patient, and friendly. I enjoyed the whole experience. I will be back!!!!

Mark, Patrick & Dr L. Dong did a great job. Today was my first visit and it was clean, relaxed and comfortable. The staff was professional and efficient. I was able to get a retinal scan without the hassle of dilation. Overall I would highly recommend. The price was comparable to other places I have visited.

Shaneera assisted me on ordering some new lenses for my existing frames. She was very knowledgeable and professional, and made the process seamless. I tried Costco lenses, but the ones sold by my MYEYEDR are superior and worth every penny.

It appears the General Manager would benefit from additional customer service training. Their communication style often comes across as rude or dismissive, and they seem to struggle with handling difficult situations in a professional manner. I have encountered these issues repeatedly and have tried to give the team opportunities to improve. However, this will be the last time I am willing to overlook these concerns. Additionally, I've noticed ongoing challenges with staff in the labs. There seems to be a lack of knowledge or preparation, which impacts the quality of service provided to the paying customer!
