I was going to put 5 stars but the girl at the front desk with super long nails and the one doing exam before the doctor made me remove the 3 others stars. We have been coming here for almost 10 years with Doctors Lopez very nice. It's was soo friendly back then. The reason I'm doing this review today is because we asked for a discount on an imaging exam and theirs reply was << if you don't want to do it forget about it >> with attitude. we told her we are old customers and she reply is your health, other customers come here to . The nice people today were the doctor and the guy helping at the front very nice. Do not bring your negativity at people's business THANKS

The ladies at MyEyeDr meyerland are the absolute BEST!! They were so sweet and wonderful with my teenage daughter trying to get her new contacts in and they even were able to look our insurance up for me! I HIGHLY recommend them for your vision needs!!! Clean office too and jus lovely ladies!!

To be clear, I do not like writing negative reviews, so when I do, it's because I feel it is absolutely necessary. I recently experienced some visual disturbances and attempted to schedule an appointment with the provider I've been seeing for years at the main st location. I was informed that she does not handle medical visits and that I would need to schedule at either the Meyerland or Downtown location. I chose to schedule with a provider at the Meyerland office. I will not mention the provider's name because my intention is not to target an individual, but to raise legitimate safety concerns and offer constructive feedback. My first impression was concerning. While waiting for my 12:00 p.m. appointment (it was around 12:15 p.m. at this point), I overheard the provider telling the front desk staff that she had a meeting at 12:45 p.m. The front desk staff informed her that I was ready. When I was brought back, the provider did not introduce herself and immediately asked why I was there. The entire visit felt rushed. Very little was explained unless I specifically asked questions about what she was doing. The most significant concern involved the dilation of my pupils as part of the exam. When I asked whether it would affect my vision, she told me "not really." I explained that I had my three-month-old baby with me and did not live nearby. She stated that my vision would be "a little blurry up close" and that it should not affect my driving. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. It took me twice as long to get home on super sunny day, and I felt nervous the entire time due to the impact on my vision. I did not feel adequately informed or prepared for how the dilation would affect me. After the exam, I felt rushed out with minimal communication as she moved on to her meeting. As a patient, I felt disregarded and uncomfortable. Clear communication and patient safety should always come first. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

This was my 1st visit. The front desk ladies were polite. The tech was friendly. The Optometrist was very friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and she didn't push a new Rx off on me which I appreciate. I am very satisfied with her bedside manner and overall exam. I will be back.

I came to look for glasses for my mom. I was impressed w the modern and stylist decor of the store layout but I was even more impressed with the level of customer service we received from the store manager, Mr. Baikal. He was super helpful in every step and found discounts for us so the glasses my mom likes can come in below the max allowance from the insurance plan. On another day, we came back to the Meyerland store since the 2 pairs of new glasses my mom bought at the Missouri City store did not fit well. Mr. Baikal patiently helped with the fitting and finally my mom was able to wear those glasses without falling off her nose. We definitely did not get this level of attention at the Missouri City store when we picked up her glasses. Lesson learned... just go to the Meyerland store in the future!

I had my annual appointment today and they were really quick to attend to me. From getting the exam to also getting contacts for the first time, I appreciate how the Dr. Flores and Shy were very patient with me and teaching me techniques to wear my contacts. It was hard but I did it. This is my second time in this location and they've always treated me well.

The crew at this location is exceptional. Veronica focused on my concerns and informed me step by step how to approach using progressive lenses. You need an eye exam and glasses, check them out. Dr Lopez is so friendly and informative. This is my spot going forward.

First time to come here for my annual eye exam ~ had a great experience! The doctor was amazing and general manager super helpful!
