Worst experience ever today!!!! I called into the Copperfield TX office located in Cypress, TX, at approximately 5:45pm CST to let the store know my prescription seemed to be incorrect and someone named Jaiya (unsure of spelling) answered. I explained that when I wear the glasses, my vision is not better at all and that it appears I may have received the incorrect pair because writing is still blurry. The associate was combative from the start and said there's no way that could happen and then proceeded to be hostile and rude. She said explicitly and in a snarky tone, "Well, since you waited until the last minute to call, no one is here to help." I then said I never asked to be seen today and that I just called for help. She could have simply said I'm sorry your glasses do not appear to be helping and let me get you scheduled for a visit. No, instead she made me feel guilty because she clearly did not want to be at work nor actually do her job while getting paid. Completely disgusted! I would appreciate if someone would call me back regarding these glasses.
