I "see" is amazing optometrist. The staff is great. They have fit me in on emergencies. They all really care. The manager is very kind too. The dr is super thorough and explaining everything. I actually love going there no Dr anxiety. I would definitely recommend this place if you need a new eye dr or want to change optometrist. Also there is a Kroger , Verizon, Starbucks and subway next door.

Since they started sending messages about my yearly check up, just reminded me of so bed experience I had last time and to leave reviw. I use to do my eye exam here for years but this year in Jan 2025 first time needed to change my prescription and this office totally messed up, everything. I went back multiple times, getting wrong prescription every time, damaged my glasses, waited for weeks for new ones ... finally sometime in March or even April I gave up, took new frame they did gave me as replacement for one they messed up, and I just went to other place. Paid out of pocket for eye exam (came out different prescription) and paid new lenses. So at this location I waisted so much time and spend my insurance allowance for nothing. Never will come back. They do stand behind warranty but it was just to much. 4 x eye exam wrong, ordering wrong lensses, damaging frame. At the end they gave me new frame, with still wrong prescription and lenses not really fit properly, I just grabbed all and walked out to find other place able to do eye exam and replace lenses properly. If nothing changed at this location since beginning of this year, I would say avoid it at all cost. Look elsewhere and save time and money. Just found photos I took after that last time I was there, just so everyone can see what you can expect your glasses will look like.

Great experience today. It's been 2-3 years since I have had an exam and no shaming. It was great. The doctor listened and everything was explained to me and I got coupons and a free sample of eye drops. Always a bonus. Picking out eyeglasses for my subscription was so easy. She worked with me to get the best price possible. I highly recommend coming here. I know I will be coming back.

Ja'Ya was amazing to work with. There were so many options and variety to pick with frames and lenses. She made it so easy and walked thru everything with me. Made the crazy process of picking out just the right frames and lenses so easy. John was so helpful with my checkin and my insurance confirmation. He took the time to deal with pesky insurance. LaDeisha made the exam painless and a breeze. Explained everything very well. Overall the staff made for a great experience!!

My visit was great. Dr. Doan was very informative and explained everything really well. John was very helpful in helping me pick the right frame and answering any questions I had. My sister is also a patient and was the one who told me about this office. Thank you for taking good care of me.

My experience today at MyEyeDr Cy-Fair has been great!! Patience and professionalism were top priorities during my visit. They explained each part of my exam and contact lenses order. I am pleased with this location.

Booking an appointment online was quick and hassle-free. When I got there, everyone was friendly and welcoming. JaYa really knew her stuff and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. The whole team at My Eye Doctor was great--definitely worth checking out if you need new glasses!!!!
