This is one of the best eye care places I've been to, and I'm usually really picky. The staff are amazing and truly know their stuff. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcomed and comfortable, not awkward at all. The eye technician was skilled and seamless with the machines and testing process, and they were also a great help when it came time to pick out frames. There were so many selections, and their guidance made the process easy and stress free. The doctor was knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The manager also helped break down the packages and deals so I didn't feel overwhelmed or surprised by the cost. The place was clean, and overall it was a really good visit.

Sophia, Karlina, Immaculee, and Dr.Zeb have provided me with excellent customer service. The wait time was minimal, facility clean, smell fresh, and everyone was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this establishment.

this place was really great the first time that i went. this time i called to order another batch of contacts and the lady that answered the phone told me that they don't take my insurance and i asked her to send my prescription so i could go somewhere else and she did. i spoke to my job and called her back letting her know that my benefits reset and i have a new insurance if she could look it up by my social, when she answered the phone she immediately told me "i already sent you the prescription you just need to give it time because im doing other things" im sorry? that's not even why i called back. i asked her to look me up again and she kept repeating herself that i don't have any benefits until august. i asked if she could call to see and she told me no, they don't do that. i asked that they don't verify insurance? she said "no it says what it says." i was like oh okay... im not sure what her problem was but she had an attitude the entire time and sounded bothered with the entire interaction in both phone calls. so i will be ordering somewhere else im not dealing with the entitlement, wow.

Dr. Ali Zeb provides excellent customer service and was able to address all of my concerns thoroughly. Although there was a misunderstanding between the front desk staff and me, the issue was resolved promptly and professionally. Overall, I would say the service is significantly better than when it was TSO.

I've been ordering my glasses from this location for several years, and the service has always been exceptional. The manager, Immaculay, is professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure I find exactly what I need. The staff greets me by name and always provides outstanding assistance. My family and friends also do business here, and we all receive the same excellent care. It's rare to find such personalized and consistent customer service, I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eyewear and a great experience.

I do not recommend this place at all. From the first visit, it's the worst place I've ever gotten an exam. They made everything just as difficult, costly, and time consuming as possible. They make you schedule separate visits for everything, and heaven forbid you want to shop around, they want you to sign a waiver! Just avoid this place (especially this location) altogether. Go anywhere else - anywhere else would be cheaper, kinder, more convenient, and practices fair trade without ripping you off at every turn and completely wasting your time.

I am disappointed at the unprofessionalism and quality of my eye glasses at the location. I got my glasses not too long ago and I never used it and left it my glove compartment. When I tried it on, it was so blurry that I cannot see the lines on my hands. I came to the office and asked the Asian lady why my reading glasses I can see so well and my prescription glasses is so blurry. She gave me an appointment to get my eye re-exam. I asked her multiple times if I am going to be charged for this appointment. She assured me that I would not be. When I showed up to my appointment, the girl walked me into the room where to get started on my exam. Just as we got started, the Asian lady came in and told me I had to pay for another exam. The thing that upsets me is that she had a few days to call me and inform me if they wanted to charge me that way I can choose to show up or not. She did not. She wasted my time and waited for me to show up and stormed in the middle of the exam to tell me that I had to pay for the exam. Obviously this office does not know what professionalism means, do not stand behind their words and they do not stand behind their work. I can't recommend anyone to come to this office, not even my enemy. I want my money back. I feel like I wasted money for junk. I can't even use this thing!!! I have insurance and I end up paying more for this worthless pair of glasses than if I had gone to another clinic and pay out of pocket the glasses.
