Dr. Alam is the best, she truly cares about her patients and tells you aspects of your eye health no other optometrist has ever told me. She goes above and beyond to help her patients and she pays great attention to detail. Dr. Alam puts thought into your prescription and thinks about what is going to be the smoothest transition for you, which eye will compensate for the other, all the nuances I've never thought of before. My mom and I both see her for our vision needs!

Visiting Dr Alam's office as a new patient was the best intake I've ever experienced as a patient wearing glasses the last 28 years. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. She was able to get my insurance issue with another clinic resolved before I walked into my appointment; which I made only 45 minutes beforehand! The review is 5 Stars because: -Dr alam's bedside manner is fantastic and she went to the trouble of carefully explaining from an expert's POV what is occurring with my astigmatism and nearsightedness. -the clinic was timely and efficient with my appointment. Seriously. I called at 1150am and they said 1245pm I could be squeezed in and my receipt is stamped for 1:34pm after the doctor saw me. -took all the guesswork and uncertainty in choosing with grade looks and feels. -affordable pricing in contacts My partner is going to her next after I told her my experience. Highly recommended

I have been seeing Dr. Alam for almost 20 years. She is heaven sent. My entire family (aunts, uncles, sister, brothers, husband) goes to her. She really cares and you can feel it each visit!

I absolutely love Dr. Alam! I have been her patient for over 10 years now and her quality of care has been impeccable! She is the sweetest and most caring optometrist I've ever been to! She's amazing at explaining my situation and describing the options I have available to me! I always recommend her to anyone that ever asks me for an optometrist!

I've posted a review before, but I wanted to update it. 5 stars isn't enough to say how great Dr. Alam and her staff is. They're friendly and the office is always clean and inviting. It always feels like visiting an old friends when coming, they provide an amazing atmosphere for the patient. Dr. Alam is always making sure all the equipment is properly cleaned before and after she uses it. She's always welcoming and makes sure I feel comfortable, she explains things in a way I can understand. My husband, best friend and myself have been coming her for years and will continue to come here and recommended them to all of our friends and family. Early this week I brought my younger sister here and she was so patient and kind with her. My sister was anxious for her appointment and Dr. Alam took her time to explain everything to us and made sure she was okay throughout the entire appointment and then helped her pick out glasses that best fit her style and that was within our coverage. This is the best place you could go for your eye care! 10/10 would recommend.

I've been visiting Dr. Alam for my annual eye exams for the past 6 years, yet she still continues to awe me with her immense knowledge and professionalism. She always makes sure to thoroughly (and I mean very thoroughly) examine all aspects of my eye health and clearly explain any issues regarding my vision, ensuring I understand what needs to be done and why. She genuinely cares about her patients, making sure they are comfortable at all times. Not once have I been disappointed by her service! Out of all the optometrists I've had the pleasure of meeting, Dr. Alam is by far the best hands down! I would definitely recommend her to everyone!
