Dr Garza is very nice and takes the time to educate the patients on the specifics of their vision situation and what causes this and that. Very good experience. The location within the hospital building and the parking situation was a little challenging, but otherwise everything about this office is great.

The experience as once it's in a chair find the equipment, excellent condition and a personnel doctors more than highly trained. I know that this time will be different than last time cause you were getting rid of the paper trail. Tolerance it's required for both sides to that is expected and that is a learning curve. Both sides will need to know what to expect.

I have been a patient at Opia/Northwest Eye Associates for 13 years. All has been great except that lately the wait time has been very excessive. It is very frustrating to arrive on time for the appt. to only have to wait an hour or more to be seen and to sit in a small waiting area with so many people. My recent visit yesterday had me waiting for over an hour. My appt. was at 12pm and I wasn't seen until after 1pm. I had to then rush to my next appt. at 1:45pm because I wasn't done until 1:35pm. This is not efficient and causes a lot of stress.
