I was able to make a quick appointment online for the very next day. The front desk was very kind and welcoming. I was a little worried about the pricing since I was paying out of pocket, but they were very up front with visit and medication costs. The doctor was kind as well. She had amazing bed side manner as well as being super informative. She was extremely gentle with the tests she had to do to my eyes. 5 stars from me. The doctors are excellent but the staff was confused. Tried to charge me an extra $100 for a routine exam just because I wear both contacts and glasses. Asked me 7 times if I needed glasses or contacts; I said how could I know until the exam is done? And said they couldn't prescribe hard contacts, which turned out to be incorrect. A lot of pointless anxiety before a great visit with the Dr.
