The service here is immaculate. I had an exam and picked my glasses was sized within 20 mins . Clean calm environment . The staff very friendly and accommodating.

Very unprofessional I went up there Tuesday about some glasses mind you I'm not from down here the lady told me to come back Wednesday before I went up there i called the store to see and the man was just making a bunch of excuses so me being me I called again today in the middle of me talking the lady hung up in my face 0/10 I do not recommend

I truly appreciate the changes they have made over the years with regards to how they process and handle customers. I went to register my car and didn't have to stand in a long line. I simply checked in, sat down, and waited until my number was called. Once the lady called my name after about a 5-minute wait, she was courteous throughout the entire process. Great improvements!!!!

We had to pick up our car registration, there were clerks idle or having causal conversations with what seemed to be the supervisor. I felt my wait was too long because of the idleness of many of the workers, shame. One clerk was great and I thanked her for working so hard. The clerk at the property tax station should been cross trained to assist with registration or vehicle titles rather that just sitting there smiling with so many people waiting. I just feel this is the way it happens in the minority neighborhood. I've visited other registration hubs and service was at least moving alone quicker with many more patrons, it's a shame.

Great place, all Female staff and runs smoothly with no fuss. Was able to get my title transferred easy. YOU NEED AN APPOINTMENT unless your getting disability plates.

Easy to notice from the street in normal traffic. Wheelchair accessible parking lot structure, entrances and restrooms. Multiple services abound: Post office, Library, Eatery, YMCA-gym, Tax Assessor office, Courthouse and more.

I went to get the registration sticker found out they are not accepting people in the yet. I thought by now. That l could go in. I understand why I can't go in. I went to Kroger grocery store to purchase my sticker.
