Regular patient for 4 years so I have built good relationships with the team. Also they have my records to check how my vision is progressing. If I lose a nose cushion or my eyeglasses need some tightening I can swing by for a quick repair. They even helped me get a specific eyewear brand since I have niche demands. Most recently they had stocked some cute brands I was able to try and buy. A great doctor and team! If you're worried about something with your eyes just ask them, they will help! I love Parkway Vision!

I scheduled my appointment online and it only had 1 time slot but they had earlier times available so they called to see if I would like to change it for an earlier time. Which worked out great because I did want an earlier time.
My appointment was a breeze, I showed up a bit earlier than appointment time and they had me in an exam room pretty quick after the pre-check.
Finding glasses was easy too. They asked what i normally like in a glasses and helped choose the styles accordingly. I wasn't really picky but just wanted a nose peice for my glasses.
Dr. Nguyen and the vision care team were very helpful and the process was very smooth, everone there was super nice and attentive.

I've been to Vision works, Eye site, & multiple independent practices throughout the years but I've never met someone more knowledgeable and willing to explain the process than her. If I could give her 100 stars I would. Don't waste your time anywhere else because this is the only place you need to go to. Lastly, the selection of frames here are vast and up to date in style!
