First thing to note I didn't have to wait long to be called back to exam room after checking in. Dr. Tran was nice, thorough, and used clear explanations. I wasn't excited about getting glasses but Gisel made it a very positive experience. I appreciated how knowledgeable and patient she was with me, while I picked out several pairs of glasses to try on. With her help, I left with a pair of CUTE glasses that I loved! Huge thanks to Gisel and Dr. Tran for making it pleasant experience.
