Frame selections and store lay out is adequate. I have insurance. My insurance has several tiers and different copays. But your associate only quoted the MOST expensive one. No discussion about what we were getting for that. No choices given. The price was so overwhelming I actually went back the next day to find out why the price was so high and what other options I knew I must have besides I know my coverage. She still seemed to not want to offer anything else, just that's what the store and Optometrist recommend as if I had no choice. So I went right over to Lens Crafters and bought 2 pairs from an associate who was willing to show me all the lens options in regards to my coverage and discuss the differences in those options. I advise anyone DO NOT let them sell you without seeing it in writing and KNOW your coverages and options!

Dr. Sledge knows her stuff (and is so nice)! I have a rather uncommon eye condition, have been to multiple other places and they screw up my glasses in different ways because it just feels like people don't completely know what they were doing. Dr. Sledge not only fixed it but also gave me viable options for contacts, the first time it was possible in more than a decade.
The staff up front are also lovely. One of them, for example, has the brightest smile while always being technically professional. Another is always courteous and gives great recommendations for glasses.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Pearle Vision. I brought in my old lenses from 2012 to be replaced, and also purchased two new frames with prescriptions. Their doctors are absolutely great--professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even the eye pressure test was a breeze, with a simple puff of air instead of the usual uncomfortable experience you get at other places.
The staff here are incredibly welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond by fixing two of my old frames that were bent out of shape, and they did it for free! I highly recommend Pearle Vision for anyone looking for top-notch service and care. I will definitely be returning for all my future eyecare needs!

I've had my eyes examined at Pearle Vision, Dr. Nadia Sledge, for the better part of a decade. Late last year at my appointment, Dr. Sledge advised that she was now certified for a new therapy for chronic severe dry eye. It is a non-surgical procedure using radio frequency, and pulse light. Having had severe dry eye for the better part of 20 years I felt like I had tried everything! From creams to eye drops to masks to heat, you name it. When Dr. Sledge told me about it and the success that she had had with some of her other patients, I said, sign me up! Each procedure lasts about an hour. After the first couple of procedures, I could definitely tell a difference in the moisture in my eyes. After four procedures over several months, my eyes have never felt better! If you're on the fence about this procedure, I would definitely take the plunge. Dr. Sledge and her staff are well trained and knowledgeable regarding this process. I do not hesitate in highly recommending Dr. Sledge for dry treatment or for your yearly eye exam.
