I had another great experience at Pearl Vision! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Erica and Ms. "Chubby" were absolute loves, from the pre-exam and paperwork all the way through closing out. They made everything smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. Dr. Duplantier is extremely knowledgeable and has such great conversation, which makes the visit even better. I've been coming here for years, and I truly appreciate the consistency in care. The new renovations look amazing and make the space feel even more inviting. Highly recommend!

Today was my first day getting glasses and taking an eye exam. Everyone was very helpful and answered all my questions honestly, the exam was only 10 dollars with insurance and Anna helped me a lot choose the right frames for me and the style I wanted. Really nice place, the doctor was awesome and showed me what the inside of my eye looks like with a detailed explanation of everything! Then Erica really helped out with choosing the right glasses frame and made sure everything went smoothly. Even though they are currently undergoing a renovation the service was top notch. As a nice plus, I did not have to get my eyes dilated which was a first for me! Get your eyes checked here!
