Never again. The doctor was nice. Eye exam great Dr. Nguyen. Their selling tactics false. I'm losing money and would rather walk out on the money then give them another dime. The glasses are still with them. They stated they have a payment plan. The lady I spoke with today states, that is not true. I asked to see the glasses and try them on. He said he can't do that. You want me to pay for them without trying them on? No thank you. My experience purchasing eyewear....horrible.

Be sure to check that your glasses work for you within 30 days. I did not because I'd had cataract surgery and I didn't really need them. Still, I went in for an updated prescription. Glasses had the progressive change far too high. They said they were correct. The only way to see at distance was to tilt my head down and look through the extreme upper portion of the lenses. Manager was extremely rude...and offered to give me new lenses for half price. Not another dime to that place. I will say that dr. Nguyen is very nice and competent. The manager is horrid. I ended up going to the glasses place associated with my cataract surgeon. They did a fabulous job and ensured everything worked correctly. I will never darken the door of another Pearle vision.

I went to this location in December, I was seen a max of 5 minutes and was told my previous prescription had astigmatism. I've worn glasses well over 15 years and have always had astigmatism. I get there no astigmatism, when asked how one can outgrow astigmatism no response. After my exam they asked me to wear contact lenses to test my prescription, I immediately told the gentleman in the front I could not see out of the prescription but since it was near closing time, you guessed right I was told I'd get use to it. We moved forward with ordering my glasses, while trying them on in the store I was told again after mentioning I can't see out of them, that I would get use to the prescription. Me not being a doctor believed who I thought were professionals my $300 mistake because I've been having migraines since wearing these glasses. When I called to complain about this issue, "it's nothing we can do besides give you another exam and you'll have to pay for it". It's common knowledge that BLACK WOMEN have to advocate for the healthcare in multiple spaces and this is another one of them. Do not spend your hard earned money on a facility that will not listen. And don't be like me a simple Google search could've saved me time and money, you do not grow out of astigmatism.

Drove over an hour for this experience twice I would not recommend anyone to choose this location. My son and daughter both had Eye exam at another location and we did not like the frames. I chose to have my exam do at this location and allow them to look for glasses as they are in network with my insurance. My 13 year old son and I found glasses I was told since his prescription was over -11 I had to pay an additional $100 we left because I've been to other pearl vision and have not had to pay anything additional. My son had to get reexamined because his current glasses are his back up and are to strong so they lower his prescription to 10 we went back to that pearl vision due to the other one being independently owned and no longer in network. We picked out glasses on 12/29 to only receive a call saying my sons glasses will be an additional $220 outside of our insurance I was told now since his prescription in over 4 or 6 it will bean addition $100 charge I was told they on offer one type of material for his glasses which will cost an additional $120 these people are scamming customers and I will be reporting them to the highest extent I will be reaching the attorney general etc.

Horrible Horrible customer service. As soon as you walk in. From the person seating at the front desk to the person in the back. I recently bought some glasses from them because I couldn't find them anywhere else. I spent alot of money at this place. Went in for a repair because one of the arms was getting lose. One of the ladies said that if anything happened to glasses while they were being repaired. That I would be responsible.i told them that i had warranty on them. they said that I had warranty but it was expired. It took them a long time for them to tell me that they couldn't repair them. NEVER NEVER AGAIN. I should've read the comments before coming into this horrible place. Ppl please read read the comments and do not come to this horrible place.

Very professional staff and informative. Got me in right away and did not have to wait long but while I was waiting they kept me informed on how long it was going to be. Great work.

I recently visited Pearle Vision for an eye exam and to get new glasses, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. What I really loved about the service was how thorough and efficient the eye exam was. Everything was clearly explained, and I felt confident in the results. The selection of glasses was also great, with plenty of stylish and practical options to choose from. The staff treated us with genuine kindness and care. Everyone was welcoming, patient, and helpful -- especially Jennifer. She went above and beyond to make sure I found the right pair of glasses and made the entire experience enjoyable. Her knowledge, friendliness, and attention to detail truly stood out. I highly recommend Pearle Vision, and if you go, definitely ask for Jennifer -- she's amazing!

Terrible place. Paid $400 for glasses with "HD" upgrade that was told it was supposed to widen the bifocal side to side so you dont have to be straight on. Got the glasses and this is not the case. Then suddenly, nobody on the staff can understand what I am saying and want to check prescription. Either 1, they dont understand what high definition upgrade actually does and are not explaining it correctly or 2, they are deliberately ripping folks off. Either way, I'll go elsewhere from now on.
