It was that time again needing to get my annual exam and buy a new set of contacts, and was referred to Penn Eye Care by a good friend of mine. It was easy to make the appointment on their website and was treated with first-class care & service by Danielle during the exams and by Dr. Phan for the follow up and consultation. Superb service and above all, the team treated me with respect and kindness from start to finish. Yours and your family's vision is important and you deserve to get this level of service and care like I did - so do yourself a favor and make an appointment to come see this team, you'll be so glad and thankful you did. Made an appointment and they could not get me back on time. Found a place down the road that could take me back immediately. Waste of time if they don't value a customers time. I don't need to be contacted would recommend going to the optometrist that collaborates with Vision works across the way on 1960. Wonderful experience. The optometrist way helpful caring and the ladies at Vision works got me settled quickly.

I had an eye exam at this store and later brought in my own Chanel frame--purchased elsewhere--to have prescription lenses installed. They told me it would take 5-7 business days, yet more than two weeks passed with zero updates. I finally called them myself, and only then did they hesitantly admit that they had damaged my frame. What's even more unacceptable is how they handled it afterward. They refused to offer any compensation, repeatedly pointing to a "waiver" they had me sign--a document they never clearly explained at the time. I remember very clearly that they only mentioned there was a very small chance the frame could be damaged. They did not explicitly tell me that signing meant they would take no responsibility whatsoever if something went wrong. The way they used this unclear document to avoid accountability feels extremely dishonest. There was no proactive communication, no progress updates, and no transparency. They damaged my Chanel frame and then hid behind a vaguely explained waiver instead of standing behind their work. This level of negligence, poor communication, and lack of integrity is unacceptable. If you value your eyewear--especially high-end frames--I strongly advise you to stay far away from this place.
