Dr. Soli and his team are the best! I really appreciate the time they spend with me to perform the various and important tests on my eyes, finding the correct prescription, and explaining the results in plain language. Any minor issues have also been handled quickly and satisfactorily. I highly recommend them!

Doctor is great, don't get me wrong. However, please make sure you're getting everything you need from them prior to exiting the location. Unfortunately, none of their glasses fit my larger than usual face, so I am forced to always get glasses online. Knowing I was going to get glasses online, they didn't think to mention I would need my PD measurement to order glasses online. I've always received this automatically with all of my previous doctors, so I didn't think twice to check the prescription paper. They're now trying to charge me $35 for my PD. One yearly eye exam down the drain. Regardless of how close they are to me, I will certainly not be returning here.

Dr. Soli is great! Staff is very efficient and friendly. Ana was wonderful at assisting me with frames. Our family is very pleased with the entire staff. We highly recommend this office and doctor Dr Soli for you eyes!

I had an appointment scheduled today at 9:00 a.m., but I was still waiting in the waiting room at 9:25 a.m. without any communication regarding the delay. After waiting for over 25 minutes, I went to the front desk to ask why it was taking so long. Unfortunately, I had to leave as this was not a considerate use of my time, especially since I had made an appointment. I want to be clear that this is not a reflection of the doctor, but rather an issue with the front desk and patient flow. The staff appeared very slow in moving patients and did not proactively update those waiting. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future patients.
