Phamily Eyecare, now known as Woodforest Eye Care

The front staff is very nice and welcoming. The eye exam process was simple and straightforward, at least in my case since I've had glasses for years. Doctor Pham is so sweet and really helped me understand my prescription, especially with my contacts. Will be coming here all the time.

Vivian was so detailed with me. I hadn't had a eye check up in almost 18 years. She made sure I got what I needed and felt comfortable the whole time. I will make sure to keep going to her and her staff!!

It was my first time to visit Phamily Eyecare due to receiving Visionworks coupons accepting VSP, my TRS eye insurance. I am so thankful for this facility being in my network. I felt very special, full attention to my annual eye exam, and very friendly/caring atmosphere. I will definitely be returning for my annual eye exam.

It would help if as part of the numerous texts and emails sent to patients that first time patients are given directions o. How to find the location inside the mall. I appreciate their emphasis on punctuality but if folks have called ahead to inform that they can't find the location, don't cancel the appointment as you know they are physically trying to locate you.

I love this eye care facility! This is my second year going, awesome! Dr. Pham makes you feel very comfortable and you don't have to wait forever like I have in the past at other places. Great service!!

Made an appointment in October 2020. Understood COVID procedures ie wear a mask, don't come in if you're sick etc - even though they weren't advertised by the office by email or otherwise. No where / no one said that you cannot see the eye doctor if you have been out of state in the last 10 days. I only had a day in Houston and made this appointment specially because there is no eye doctor where I live. I went into the office for my appt, the lady handed me the paperwork, and when she scanned it she said they couldn't see me because I had been out of state in the last 10 days. It's fine if that's the case and you let people know BEFORE they make time to go in the office. I wasted a lot of time going there and missed my only opportunity to go to an eye doctor for a while. Not happy. Bad communication on requirements.

Great place and Dr. Pham is friendly, easy to talk to, and direct. Easy appointment-making, fast and courteous service, and true care and concern for her patients. Highly-recommended.
