I had my annual eye appointment today at MYEYEDR at Willowbrook. The Staff were great and Dr. Phuong-Loan Dong is wonderful as well. Shaneera Williams took great care in explaining my benefits and with getting my glasses ordered. You will enjoy all this office has to offer. Thank you.

Shaneera is the best! She helped me get scheduled last minute...but yall don't be late to an appointment like me. Call her asap!

This place is an absolute scam. Want info? They'll tell you one thing to get you in then change it. Want contacts? They'll "recommend" a specific brand and stick to it - even though you say they aren't working for you. Oh you want to change brands? They'll tell you over the phone they can do a quick 15 minute check to make sure, then force a new exam and ask for insurance when you show up while your existing prescription is STILL VALID. Ask for a specific brand? They'll chit chat negative comments about you within earshot. Best way to describe this place is a chop shop. Force exams, recommend brands for their own reasons, recommend services you don't need. Read BBB before you go!

Everyone here is nice but I just don't like that it takes a month for you to get your glasses.

Muy mal todo en este lugar despues de 20 dias me contactaron para decirme que no tomaron las medidas y fui para cancelar la orden y el hombre encargado te mira con una actitud y me hablo despectivamente es un ordinario el tipo yo siempre voy a este lugar pero en el estado de Virginia aqui en Texas es muy malo el servicio con estos lugares dan cita y la clinica esta cerrada y mandan recordatorio de la cita el mismo dia y voy a la cita y esta cerrado no los recomiendo para nada
