I've been seeing Dr De La Pena since her initial practice. She never rushes and is genuinely interested in all her patients. The office manager, Melinda, is second to none from both a knowledge and customer service perspective. Recently hired employees are professional and talented. From the moment I arrived, the front desk explained everything with patience and clarity. My appointment started right on time, and the doctor was incredibly patient as well--she went over every detail calmly, making sure I didn't leave with any doubts.
When it came time to choose my glasses and learn how to use my contact lenses, Toni helped me with the same patience and warm personality. Overall, the service was outstanding--professional, patient, and truly charismatic. Highly recommend!

New patient. The experience has been very pleasant from beginning to end. After calling and requesting to get my eyes checked, I was sent forms to fill out and was given the chance to pick out frames i liked online, so i wouldnt have to hurry and pick some in the office. The staff were very nice and had no problem answering all of my questions. The doctor was so sweet, and was very thorough in her testing. I had my eyes dialated, so they gave me some screens to put over my glasses so I could get home, and they made sure I was ok before letting me drive. Toni helped me get my frames and lens choices made and explained everything she was doing, and what the cost was, etc. Everyone was very helpful and easy to talk to. After hearing about my experience, my wife was quick to make her own appt, where she had her own great experience. We are still waiting for her glasses but mine arrived and are super nice. Even the in-store brand frames are of great quality and are comfortable to wear. I'm going to go back soon and get some transitions coating put on my primary glasses. :)

I have been a client here for as long as I can remember and I'm always satisfied with my visit. I walked in and the front desk seemed very friendly and gave me a water. I waited for like only two minutes for my appointment. I was greeted with my name and it makes the guest seem welcomed. I love it. After my "eye readings" my doctor Mrs. Cristina De La Pena O.D. made me feel even more welcomed by asking me how my college journey has been. She's just the best. After my appointment I sat down with Mrs. Toni, she immediately greeted me with a smile and we had great small talk when we were ordering my contacts and she made me feel sooooo comfortable just being there. She is the kindest person. It was just so refreshing to talk to her this morning. She definitely made my day brighter. I love her so so so much! And she literally just started there a month ago. She's doing awesome!
Also I am so in love with the office aesthetic!

We stopped by Premier Vision Care after my son's glasses broke right before his basketball game, the screw came out and we needed quick help. Even though we didn't purchase the glasses there, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The optician fixed them right away and wouldn't even let me pay.
I truly appreciated the great customer service, smiling faces, and pleasant environment. While waiting, I could see how thoughtfully they interacted with other patients as well. We'll definitely be coming back here for my kids' next pair of glasses. Thank you all--five stars well deserved!

Dr. Mendiola was great. She took her time with the exam, explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood my eye situation. Knowledgeable, professional, and not rushed at all.
Adriana helped at checkout and was awesome as well, she let me try on tons of frames, gave honest opinions, and was very helpful in choosing the right pair for me.
Everyone was genuinely nice and helpful.
