I cannot say enough amazing things about this practice! The sister doctors are truly exceptional - knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring. They take their time to explain everything clearly, answer all questions, and make you feel completely comfortable. It's rare to find doctors who are both incredibly skilled and so warm and personable. You can tell they truly care about their patients and about doing what's best for your eye health. The office is organized, efficient, and runs smoothly. I'm so grateful to have found them and wouldn't trust my eyes with anyone else. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience with Dr Saira and her staff. It's nice to find a knowledgeable and experienced eye doctor that actually care about your eye health. Dr Saira is excellent at diagnosing and treating, but also takes extra time to refer and follow up with area experts if need be. I can't thank her and her staff enough! Oh -- and she has top notch imaging equipment to help diagnose complicated eye conditions also. Access to designer frames at a great price is a simple plus!!

I've had a front row seat watching them build and grow this practice the right way, and the level of care they provide is truly next level. What I respect most is that they have expanded their business, invested in the latest technology, and stayed completely focused on what matters most, taking care of their patients and delivering real results. They handle all of my optical and vision needs. From comprehensive eye exams and prescription glasses to Ray-Ban Meta glasses and advanced treatments, ProOptix is my go-to. They are especially impressive when it comes to dry eye treatment. If you deal with irritation, burning, redness, watery eyes, or blurry vision, they take the time to properly diagnose the issue and create a treatment plan that actually works. Such an amazing experience at Pro Optix. They were able to diagnose my son's eye condition and quickly prescribed medication. He is extremely grateful to have found the diagnosis quickly. The office staff is great and followed up regularly to make sure he was doing well. We are very happy with this practice & love the new location and build out. It's also very quick and way to schedule an appointment on line.

I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Sana and Dr. Sairah for several years for my glasses and contacts, but the care for my dry eyes has been and continues to be phenomenal. They are incredibly caring and thorough with everything they do and the treatments they offer; I cannot recommend them enough! I have had treatment for dry eyes for several years now as someone who has a lot of screen time from work, but recently my condition changed with an autoimmune disorder that impacted the severity of my dry eye. I cannot stress enough how amazing they've been with the treatments and constantly making sure I'm on track with my eye health since that change in my overall health. I have noticed a big difference in how my eyes feel after treatments like the low light therapy, optilift, and plugs. They are always making sure the treatments are comfortable, working as intended, and having the intended positive impact, which is always reassuring. I have to give a big shout out to Dr. Sana for always taking the extra time during appointments with her to dive into how my autoimmune disorder impacts my eyes, even how other aspects of my health can impact my vision, dry eyes, and over all eye health. On top of the eye care both Dr. Sairah and Dr. Sana provide, they're always showing how much they care about their patients beyond eye health and it reflects in how welcoming and wonderful their practice runs. Honestly, everyone at Pro-Optix is so wonderful and I cannot express how much I appreciate the work everyone in the office does, all while being kind, thoughtful, and working so hard to make Pro-Optix a place you want to return for your eye care.

After many years of having dry eye and no real advice or treatment to help with this issue, I was happy to find Pro Optix. The staff and Drs Malik, are all wonderful, professional and attentive. My eyes have improved in all ways; reduced sensitivity, reactivity and overall sight and comfort of my eyes is the best it has been in years. I highly recommend Pro Optix for all your eye care needs.
