I had such a great experience at Pupila. From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming and professional. Dr. Joyce was amazing during my eye exam. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed.
Hailey and Julie were so helpful during checkout and when it came to picking my new glasses. They were patient, gave honest recommendations, and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. I truly felt taken care of.

These young Ladies are quite the professionals. I've been known to find fault in near perfection but today, I m elated to have completed the check up in a better mindset than I began with. I left looking for the Mona Lisa cause if no one had yet drawn a cheezy mustache on her... I was gonna. Just so they don't get the big head for always being so perfect. Every minute, all day, 24/7, 365 days / year!

They are so thorough and professional! They have the best equipment and the process is so easy and the doctors really care about your situation and don't just recommend things you don't need to profit. I was literally told that time will heal my issue and if it doesn't we can explore other options. After my regular eye Dr jumped to wanting surgery. I appreciate that. And she was right!

We arrived for our scheduled appointment, but were told by Hailey that because we were late, they could no longer see us. She stated that "the vision therapist wasn't there anymore," which was very frustrating and felt untrue.
We drove over 40 minutes to get there and were delayed due to being stuck behind a train. We were told we should have called ahead, but I was actively driving and could not safely look up the number, and in past experiences the office rarely answers the phone anyway.
This situation was extremely disappointing. The drive was completely wasted, and there was no understanding or consideration for the time and effort it took us to get there. The lack of communication and empathy made the experience very frustrating.
