We found our twin boys became nearsighted just two days before Thanksgiving. Because we attended Dr. Chen's seminar before and we know that Dr. Chen is one of the top expert in eye care and myopia management, we contacted Dr. Chen. To our surprise, we were able to make an appointment with her the next day. Her clinic was scheduled to be closed for holiday that afternoon, but she decided to spend nearly the whole afternoon with us. She conducted a comprehensive checkup on both boys and explained a few methods on myopia management. After we decided to go with Ortho-K lenses, she immediately prescribed and trained us on how to use the lenses. Since it was our first time to try this therapy, we had a lot of questions. After only one week, our boys have significantly improved the eyesight. We were happy to see the results, and we will continue to work with Dr. Chen in myopia management. We note that Dr. Chen was also the Director of Clinical Trial at Medical Center and she has access to the latest eye technology. BTW, it was quite shocking to see the malicious attack on Dr. Chen's reputation through fake reviews. We urge Google to carefully verify the authenticity of the fake reviews and remove them.

Very terrible experience, felt really bad;they change the name from Lakewood eye care to Queenston Eye care, if you want to know more about doctor Chen, see the feedback on "Lakewood eye care", it will help Horrific experience. My son got replaced hard contact lens three weeks ago. After wearing new lens, my son's vision was not clear and there was double vision on left eye. Two weeks later, the same problem still there and no sign of relief. After called the clinic twice, I was told to go back to do re-examination. After re-examination, I was told that the lenses had been overcorrected . she said the lens no problem, it was the my son growing up, it was so ridiculous ; and Dr. Chen asked me to pay 50 bucks to re-design new lens, and I also had to pay the examination fee again of $89. And more than that, after new designed new lens were worn three weeks later ,I have to pay another re-examination fee $89 again. she made us pay for her mistakes This place is really sucks.

We gave Dr. Chen two thumbs up!! She is patient, compationate and professional. We live in other state. But she manages to provide excellent and timely services remotely.

The doctors there are National and International leading ophthalmologist, they exam and treat both children's and adult's eye problems. Especially the Clinic is equipped with State-of-the-art equipment for eye examination. You will not feel any uncomfortable during the eye examination. It doesn't matter you have family history of diseases or you are currently experiencing the eye problems, they will give the best care, also they give you the best suggestion for your future eye care! You are feeling safe, warm, and satisfying of their service!

The Clinic is equipped with State-of-the-art equipment for examination of all kinds eye problems and diseases. Dr Lucy ZhuChen is a Well-Known ophthalmologist nationally and internationally. She careful asks for all histories of your eye problems and also family history of High Blood Pressure and Diabetes. She gives detail examination on Vision, Eye-pressure, Fundus examination; and finally give you explanations and suggestions on treatment and future protection for your eye problem! One visit solve all your problems!

The doctor is horrible! She has the worst bedside manners. They gave my daughter broken glasses. Complained to me the client about staff as to why they let staff go. They made a mess of my insurance. Complained about giving my children trial contact lenses. They're never in the office. I could go on and on. Just the worst overall experience ever!!!!

Dr. Chen is a very qualified doctor! She did a wonderful job serving me while also offering an affordable and reasonable price. I plan on staying with her for a long time.
