Dr. Ramirez and her team was very professional and kind during the eye-check up. First time coming to this Eye Care, and it has exceed my expectation. She was very thorough with the procedure of the check up, and ensure that the prescription that accurate without any rush. Her associates was also wonderful and in a positive mood. The staff their are very friendly and professional. The Dr. Ramirez was just beyond wonderful and amazing she took her time with me in order to get the correct prescription. I have been to other doctors where they just speed thru really quick "is it 1 or 2 next 3 or 4". The entire process was highly satisfying. It took about a week to get my new glasses :)

She taught me how to put on my first pair of contacts and prescribed my first pair of glasses. Her office staff is wonderful (Sandra and Ms. Grahm) as well as the nice ladies that fit you for glasses :). I just love it here!
