Thank you Retina Consultants of Texas. I was visiting on business from California when I experienced a posterior vitreous detachment (PVD). The took me in right away and the staff was extremely professional. My only issue was when Dr. Wong was physically looking at me retina it felt like he was digging my eye out with a spoon. I was at the edge of my seat the entire time. Sorry, but that's the way it was. When I saw my retina specialist back home 2 days later he did the same procedure and I felt nothing. I could had fallen asleep. All in finesse I guess. Not saying he's a bad doctor as he did professionally take care of me and diagnosed me correctly. I just wish he had a softer touch.

Absolutely the worst patient experience I've ever had. Plan on being ushered through their maze of stations with very professional staff members each performing their respective tasks prior to finally being able to wait in the doctor room for at least another twenty minutes for your injection. Two injections, both with complications! Never again will we use this facility again!!!

My husband was referred to Retina consultants of Texas. I sat in the waiting area and what I observed was amazing. The two ladies ( China and Jerrika) greeted everyone who came in and remembered some by name. They were so pleasant, courteous, attentive, and professional. I want to commend them for great customer service which is so hard to find these days.

My dad's appointment went well. Selena was very nice and welcoming. She did her job very well and was patient as she went over questions. She took the time to listen and ensure that she had all info needed. Excellent job by Selena today. As usual, Dr Wong was great. Office throughput was very efficient. Everyone was courteous.
