Saba Alsheikh, OD

I came to the office and the receptionist was very rude she practically pushed me out. Immediately said we don't take your insurance without even allowing me to tell her what insurance I had. I then told her well how do you know you don't take it you don't know my insurance information. She then said I just know what I'm doing. I said, can you at least try to look it up. She said I wouldn't even know how to look you up. I asked her to at least try. I asked her do you just not want to help me? Then she said I do i just know what am doing. I said just look me up! And then she did. And my insurance was taken and accepted here. She was so rude. I was kind and respectful polite. Just trying to get seen. While I was waiting to be seen she treated everyone the same way. She immediately told everyone we don't take your insurance without even asking anything.

Dr. Alsheikh is an amazing doctor! She truly cares about her patients and is incredibly attentive, taking the time to listen and address all concerns. Her expertise and compassionate approach make every visit a positive experienceb.

Dr. A has been caring for my eye needs since 2013. She has ALWAYS listened to my concerns and thoroughly explains what changes she may see from previous exams. She and her staff are always welcoming and very kind.

Dr Alsheikh is great! She cares a lot about her patients and is very attentive. Front desk is great too, never had issues booking an appointment and I never have to wait to get seen by the doctor. Would definitely recommend.
