Rosa was so kind and helped me out when I was visiting my parents from out of town, after one of my contacts had a tear. I'll definitely let friends in the area know about their thoughtfulness and service!

Everyone at Eye Care Associates is super friendly. Rosa at the front desk went out of her way to make sure I could have an appointment during my lunch break, and she blocked out a time frame for me so I didn't have to wait after I completed the new patient forms. The office is super personable (they called me by my name, which I liked!), and it feels clean and professional. I saw the younger of the two Dr. El Hages. She was very friendly and knowledgeable (I have extremely dry eyes and I learned quite a bit about how I can better manage them). I didn't feel rushed and she did a great job explaining things clearly concerning what she will do and what I should expect. She also helped me pick out a pair of pretty frames that looked great on my face with my features and structure. I also walked out with a gorgeous pair of Tom Ford sunglasses (I couldn't help it, they have a great selection of fashionable frames!). Overall my experience was great. The appointment was lengthy but I opted for the extra diagnostic testings. I figured I come in once a year--and much can change during that period. Also we have only one pair of eyes... gotta take care of them!

I went to eye care associates for a checkup and I had a great experince. Dr. El Hage was very patient and explained everything she was doing as well as why she was doing it. I've always had issues with contacts but with the recommendation Dr. El Hage gave me, I'm loving my new contacts. Her selection of glasses are incredible and are making me double guess not wearing glasses!

Bad experience with this doctor (Dr Sami El Hage) and practice. I took my son for an Ortho-k evaluation immediately after the dr's daughter had seen my son for an eye exam (that part was actually very pleasant). After rushing through the eye exam and repeating everything his daughter did, he asked us to sign up for a treatment plan that was 2x the price discussed a day earlier. When I said I would think about it, the doctor said, "Just put it on your credit card". Well, thank you for the condescending suggestion! Next, he said we owe him ~$500 for the "consultation" if we decide not to go for the treatment. There was no mention of this when I made the appointment. I'm glad I did not bite on the sales pitch. My son got treated at a better facility where the doctor is extremely caring and the price was 1/2 what I was quoted here. In fact, I called around and all optometrists charge less than $100 for an Ortho-K evaluation. Not going back to this practice that does not explain their exorbitant prices beforehand.

DR. EL HAGE IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! She truly cares about her patients and it definitely shows. She throughly explained the outcome of my family's visit and was eagered to answer any questions we asked. Her staff is fantastic as well. They try to accommodate their patients schedule. We had such a lovely experience. Everyone is so pleasant and very professional.

I've been going to see Dr El Hage off and on for over 20 years and there is a reason for it -- he has been the most thorough and personable eye doctor I've been to. If you care about your eyesight or need anything more the typical 'read this line' sort of eye doctor, then this should be the first place you go to.
