It would've been zero stars if it weren't for the kind lady that attended me, she did an excellent job. It was the manager, Hanna, I had a problem with. As I am talking about aligning my frame, Hanna interrupted us by literally shoving papers in her employee's face! I was stunned, it was incredibly rude and from the look at the employee's face, she was used to this kind of treatment from her boss. The kind lady apologized for her own mistreatment, I couldn't believe they let people like this in charge of a business that's all about costumer services.

I had the misfortune of being assisted by Hosanna to order my progressive lenses. She was on a personal video call with someone, speaking a foreign language. Who knows if she shared my personal information with her call, clearly a HIPPA issue. I returned to pick up my glasses and had issues with her again on a call. I had difficulty getting her to understand how my glasses were not sitting correctly and her response they are straight. I would really like her manager and their managers contact information so they could hear from the customer how unprofessional and inappropriate this behavior truly is. The rest of the optical staff is great, very apologetic for the service I experienced.

I stopped by to order contacts and had the pleasure of being assisted by Lacoya. The insurance that I carry is not as common, and she expressed that they've had issues running that insurance in the past. Nevertheless, she persisted for over 30 minutes by calling their help desk, other local clubs, and even spoke to a club in Georgia to get guidance on filing a claim. She was very resilient through difficult transactions and even serviced the crowd as people gathered to pick up orders while she assisted me. Quite frankly, I was surprised to learn that she was not the manager as she demonstrated more managerial qualities than the actual manager did while I was there. I hope that Sam's Club Optical sees the value in having her as an employee as she clearly has the potential to go far in her career. Thanks so much Lacoya!!!

After a terrible experience at pealre vision, I looked at my options and pricing here. Hanan was so helpful. She worked the whole time I was shopping to find a pair of frames that my expensive lenses would fit into and was successful. She saved me hundreds of dollars and did what these other "professionals" told me could not be done. Wonderful experience.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. I got the membership online while shopping at the store, downloaded the app and was unable to get into it. Went to costumer service and Lorena was not help at all. I wasted so much time trying to pay for the products until someone told me that she should had give me a card. I went back and she said :oh you never mentioned that you need a card" HORRIBLE customer service ever! They are no help at all! Wasted more than 2 hours trying to pay for the products...

Sam's club optical is outsourcing its optical service to Dr. Sandra E Collazo who is both unprofessional and unethical in her practice. Knowing that she can't see all patients within every 15 minutes, she squeezed 2 eye exams for me and my spouse at the same time slot, disrespecting our time and others as we and the people who got appointments scheduled only 15 minutes before ours were all waiting for more than an hour past our appointment times. We decided to cancel our eye exams with the receptionist because we had two other medical appointments later during the day for which we were late due to this unprofessional disrespect of our time. Unethically, Collazo put in fraudulent claims against our insurance to get money even though there was nothing done.
