After years of getting my glasses from Sam's, I called to check when I could reorder, but Lakeisha suggested I reach out to my insurance instead of assisting me directly, leading me to decide to take my business elsewhere. You want to be lazy, go ahead and lose customers. They always check for me. Sam's Club hire people that want to work.

I went and ordered some some glasses on a Thursday. While she was doing the transaction she told me what I was being charged, I asked for an itemized bill she said she couldn't give me one. I asked her what my charges were and she said them so fast that I barely had time to write them down. Every time I asked her a question she couldn't answer. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered my glasses. Headed to the register to pay there were some charges that I wasn't told about. I started questioning and right away she said, "Oh I can take that off". I went ahead and paid but before I left the store I decided to go ahead and cancel. Well now they are giving me the run around about giving me my credit. My advise to anyone....DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They are HORRIBLE!!!!.

Arrived at 3:36 with my dad to pick his glasses. There was no employee in sight in the optical center. An employee nearby in customer service told us she couldn't get the glasses for us and to wait for the person to come back from lunch at 4. We wasted time waiting for it to be 4pm just for another employee to say optical is closed at 4pm.

Wow. The people in the vision center at this Sam's Club are totally incompetent. I went into the store and picked out my glasses just like normal. Gloria entered them in, rang me up and told me they'd be ready in a week or 2. No problem. A few days go by and they call to let me know they are ready, I show up to pick them up and they give me a pair of women's glasses, not what I ordered. We re-order, a few more weeks go by and I show up to pick them up. Wrong again. How dumb can people be? I know it's a Wal mart but there has to be some standards for being hired here. I love Wal Mart & Sam's Club but avoid this vision center like the plague. Gloria, I know life is hard right now but please do better. I can't see!! I need glasses to see!! It's been over a month and now I have to go to a different glasses store. This is unacceptable.
