After over 20 years of loyalty to Dr. Collazo, today was deeply disappointing. Appointment or not, this place clearly no longer values patients' time, they double book without hesitation. When I questioned the delay, the front desk woman bluntly said they accept walk-ins even if they have scheduled appointments, as if that made it okay. She even pointed out that some patients have waited up to two hours, like I should be grateful mine was only 48 minutes late. The dismissive attitude and lack of basic professionalism from the front desk staff were incredibly frustrating, especially after so many years of commitment to this practice.

Dr. Collazo is exceptional, my entire family has gone to her for years. While it is true that the front desk lady isn't the nicest, it shouldn't stop you from seeing Dr. Collazo. Hopefully she soon finds a replacement for the front desk. She deserves a team as fantastic as her.

I'm so delighted with my experience at Dr Collazo's office. I've been seeing her for years and highly recommend her. She is patient, kind, thorough and very professional.

Excellent service from Dr. Collazo. She is caring and professional and looks out for most affordable options for her patients. I have been a patient for over 10 years and plan to remain with her for all of my eye care needs. Staff is courteous and professional as well. Preference given to those that have appointments over walk-ins.

This place is extremely unprofessional. We scheduled 2 eye exams for me and my spouse in advance. When we got there, we were waiting for more than 1 hour past our appointment time. We decided to cancel the exams with the receptionist and leave as we were not going to sit there for hours past our scheduled time while people who had appointments 15 minutes before ours were still waiting also. Despite having nothing done, the office has the audacity to put in a fraudulent claim against our insurance. This is both unprofessional and unethical. Be cautious of this place as it's just a vendor working with Sam's club optical.

Been coming here with my 3 kids for a few years. I came in today for my exam. Office was full of people. An hour later none of the patients were seen. I didn't see the doctor and I heard the office girls whisper to each other that "she" had something to do, and they completely forgot. So obviously the doctor wasn't in the office but they still didn't let the patients know. When I asked if the doctor was there, she replied with attitude yes she is. I said well none of the patients are being seen, she replied again with attitude well we're very just. Not going back there!!

For over 5 hrs I was told repeatedly that my daughter's prescription would be emailed to me in Arizona. Every single time I called the doctors assistant said she was sending it and when I called back she would say that she has just been so busy. If you have ever been to this office it is vert small and every time we went it was NEVER so busy that she couldn't email a prescription. Once you check in the maybe 3-4 patients that are waiting for the doctor you definitely have time. The doctor is a good doctor but her office staff is lazy and unprofessional.

If you enjoy wasting your time and being dealt with unprofessionally, this place is for you. They always overbook their appointments, people wait for hours, and the secretary/office manager is incredibly rude. Save yourself the time and stay away, plenty of great optometrists around.
