I first came to this location last year and everyone was so friendly from the front desk staff to the doctor. I came again this year for my regular checkup and I will continue to keep on coming. I have found my permanent eye doctor. Also, if you're in a wheelchair and you're not able to transfer to the chair, the doctor will work with you. He will accommodate you! I highly recommend this place!

Staff was great and Dr was AMAZING! Very very informative. Really appreciated that he spoke Spanish very well and was able to translate to my mom. I will definitely be coming back here. Place is super clean too

Service was great. I only had issues with my contact lens prescription, but due to work schedule etc. I just never went back. Other than that the whole staff and doctor are great!

I took my daughter to Scope Vision Care because they accept her insurance, but honestly, it was a huge disappointment. The glasses that the insurance covers are very poor quality, and to make things worse, the case they provided doesn't even fit the glasses, as shown in the photo. It feels like they just hand out whatever, without caring if it's actually usable. Also, the reception staff is extremely rude. The girls at the front desk act like they're doing you a favor by even speaking to you--zero friendliness or willingness to help. The only positive part of our visit was the doctor, who was very kind and professional. Unfortunately, that alone isn't enough to make up for the rest. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for quality service, decent products, or respectful treatment for you or your kids.

I am incredibly impressed with Dr. German Saavedra and his team! As my son's eye doctor, he has shown exceptional skill and compassion. Dr. Saavedra has a remarkable ability to connect with teenagers, making my son feel comfortable and understood during his appointments. It's a relief knowing that my son enjoys visiting the eye doctor, thanks to Dr. Saavedra's pleasant demeanor and engaging approach. Additionally, the staff at the clinic are always friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming environment that enhances the overall experience. I highly recommend Dr. German Saavedra to any parent looking for a fantastic eye doctor for their child!

He is a very good optometrist eye exam might not be the cheapest here if you got the money go for it if you don't you are screwed.

The place looks nice but waiting time is crazy I got 20 minutes early to my appointment and none was there my appointment was at 1 and they open at 1:16

Dr. Saavedra and his team have seen my daughter since she was 4 years old, she's now 15, and I truly can't say enough good things about the care we've received over the years. As a parent, I've always appreciated the thorough explanations and the genuine care shown by the Doctor at every appointment. The girls in reception are always welcoming. Josely, the manager, is always happy to help. Janet, has been so helpful when it comes to picking glasses. Danya demonstrated exceptional patience while teaching my daughter how to use contact lenses. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Saavedra and his team to any family looking for high-quality eye care.
