From my first visit to my surgery I can not express my gratitude on how well I have been treated by the entire staff at Slade and Baker. The nurses were all incredibly helpful and kind throughout my visits and always explained and listened to any concerns I might have. I highly recommend this vision center to anyone that is interested in Cataract surgery or simply exemplary vision care.

I recently had Multi-Lens Replacement surgery at Slade and Baker Vision Center, and I cannot say enough about the incredible experience. The very next morning, I was already seeing 20/20! This surgery didn't just improve my eyesight -- it truly improved my quality of life. I have a long history with this vision center, and several members of my family have also been patients here. Each experience has been consistently outstanding. The entire staff is amazing -- knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and always upbeat. You can tell they genuinely love their jobs and believe in what they do, because they understand they are literally changing people's lives. I've had surgeries before that were important for my health, but this one was life-changing in a completely different way. I am so grateful for the skill, care, and compassion of everyone at this clinic. I would recommend them to anyone considering vision correction -- you will be in the very best hands!

Comparable Cost with GREAT RESULTS !! You can spend a lot of time doing online research about who to trust with your vision - I did. Your hunt is over because you landed on Slade & Baker ! No long winded story but simply my results. After decades of glasses, fuzzy night vision, and unable to see the sports "crawl" on the bottom of the broadcast..... I had both of my eyes (cataracts/ 3X lens) replaced 7 days ago. The next day results were Astounding!! Colors are vibrant, vision is sharp and clear immediately - painless, fast. Don't hesitate- see these folks ASAP.

I had my PRK surgery about a month ago, and I can say from the bottom of my heart it has been the best gift I have ever received. I can see without my glasses, I can enjoy movies, I can see road signs, the surgery is truly life-changing. Dr Slade was very patient, took his time to answer all my questions. His staff was very patient and extremely polite. I would give them 5 stars and I would recommend them even if you don't have Insurance.

I've been going to Slade and Baker Vision for 10 years. My vision is very important to me and I do believe you have to make sure the best physicians are taking care of you and I'm 100% positive you will get that service at Slade & Baker Vision as I have. With each visit I've always had a 10/10 experience with both Dr.Essa and Dr.Lovoy. They have always made sure I felt comfortable being examined because as I'm sure we all know it can be intimidating to have your eyes examined. Dr.Essa diagnosed me with nearsightedness in 2014 I've had to wear glasses ever since but she's always made sure my prescription was my best corrected vision so my cute glasses I order every year since then have been perfect! Now 10 years later, I'm currently planning to have my Lasik Procedure this summer and I'm more than confident I will get the best results with Dr.Stephen Slade. I will keep you guys updated as I go through my Lasik Journey! Yesterday I had my lasik surgery. I was really nervous leading up to it but Rebecca helped me through everything by explaining every step putting me at ease. Mia the surgical counselor went over my after care instructions. The surgical assistant Evelyn made sure my eyes were prepped and numbed with eye drops and she even held my hand through the whole surgery which helped me a lot. From the moment I laid on that bed to the moment I got up I felt no pain. Dr.Slade advised me through each step he took as he proceeded with the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. When I got up from the surgical bed I couldn't help but feel emotional because I have never got out of bed without having to grab my glasses to be able to see the world clearly. I want to give a big Thank you to Dr.Slade for restoring my vision and to his amazing staff that made sure I was comfortable. I would recommend anyone to Slade & Baker Vision who is considering Lasik or any refractive surgery, if you want the best for you this is the best place to go!

I researched Slade & Baker before I selected this surgery center for my Lasik. All the reviews and patient testimonials were excellent. I'm here to report that the reviews that you're reading are absolutely the service and quality of care that this team delivers! Dr. Lovoy was my optometrist for testing leading up to surgery and she was not only kind but very patient and informative with all of my questions. Dr. Slade did my actual surgery and it was painless and smooth. The overall staff on site was incredible and attentive as well. All of the ladies were so kind and always greeted you with a smile. I am very happy I chose to do my Lasik eye surgery with Slade & Baker. Couldn't recommend the surgery center and team more, especially Dr. Lovoy she was incredible!
