If there was a star that was less than 1 then I was honestly choose it because this is un acceptable. I've been doing my business with this company for a while but when it came to something as small as a cancellation they had the absolute nerve to charge me over $120 just to cancel even though that I ordered it only two days ago. I will never be coming back to this business again and I encourage the people out there to take your business somewhere else that would not completely scam you even during these hard times.

I used to go here but no more. My family also. Staff and the owner was so rude to my dad and sister. They just came from Vietnam and she literally called them communist. Terrible attitude and disrespectful

I believe customer service is everything. From reading most of the review's, it is very true about the receptionist. This seems like its an everyday thing that occurs for the receptionist, not just one day nor a bad day. I always have the same problem every time I come in there, I tend to ignore her and just talk to the doctor. :) I don't get it... why would you work at a place knowing your job is dealt with people...

The doctor is fine but those receptionists need to change their attitudes a lot . Rolling your eyes whenever I tell my daughter to try on the glasses & talking to my daughter rudely is not okay. They are there to work , if they don't like it , then they need to put on a fake smile and get their crap together .

The receptionist told me I look older than my age and then she told me that she was going to poke my eyes out. She was very mean and unprofessional. I wanted to tell her how I felt, but didn't want to get into a fight with her there. I just wanted to tell her even though I am single right now, most of my exes were younger than me so it doesn't matter if I look older.

They're selling fake frame from china and overcharged .. badly place to work with them
