Dr Pham is the best!!! She's knowledgeable and professional, keeping up with latest science in her field to use everything available for your eye health I've gone through numerous health issues related to my cancer treatment and she has protected and cared for my vision along the way...never selling what I don't need, yet always showing me all of the options. Her staff deals with my insurance- no problem. They are a compassionate team and I'm grateful that I found them

Hands down the best. They squeezed me in last minute and got me fitted for prescription contacts to restore my vision. Love this place they truly care. 1000% recommended for you and your family

I give two stars because I truly love Dr. Trang. She is great and I have been going to her for so many years. However, this year is my last. The people at the front desk have horrible customer service. Had issues with them 2 years ago and then again this year. I am very particular and aware of that, I asked if a new frame could be ordered as I don't like any marks on my new designer glasses. They told me yes, but that it would take more time, which i then informed them I was in no rush. I paid full amount and then they call me saying glasses are ready for pick up. They were giving me the glasses with the scratches and I wasn't having it. They said they would order them again, which I didn't appreciate how they tried to fool me. I wouldn't go back to a place that is not trustworthy. Years prior I had tried to get my new prescription on a frame I already owned and the girls at the front said I couldn't do that, the following year I asked the Dr and she said i could and had them take care of it. I know I'm picky, and sadly no longer trust them here.

Love Dr. Tran and her chic office! I've been seeing her for over a decade and trust her expertise for dry eye treatments and glasses needs.

Made my first ever eye appointment @ Spectrum Eye Care on Tidwell great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Both my husband and I had same day appointments we where in and out fairly quickly with our eye exams and on to choosing our frames. My prescription was pretty expensive (I'm practically blind) and I didn't have enough to cover the cost. The staff informed me that I could make payments and pick up my glasses when I was done. That made my day!!!! Definitely referring to my family and friends. Great customer service!!!

They were so professional, quick and local. Gave me back the gift of sight all while being cute! They took time to assist me in finding the perfect frames that fit didn't break the bank and that fit my aesthetic. Don't hesitate to visit.
