Came in at a busy time, Jennifer was really kind and helpful. I appreciate her communication and support during the process. And even though Ivan was having a rough time with a customer he still was quick and responsive with me. I appreciate the staff here, will be coming back.

I came in today had my appointment set for 11:30am walked in and was greeted soon as I walked into the door. With me being a Manager in customer service industry I rarely have that to happen, that is a plus to me. The visit didnt take too long at all I was so very impressed with being out of there a hour later which usually when I go to the eye doctor I'm in there for more than a hour. But my overall experience was given by Mr. Jorge I can really see why he is the Manger of this location I have been in customer service for 29 years and he was so very delightful, very helpful, his personality really speaks for himself. I was overall impressed with him and his attitude so positive and what really got me was his multitasking personality I will be sticking beside my new found eye wear location. There is more I can say with my visit but just going in there you will know why my review is long because you don't get most people to care about the way their customers service I s anymore and especially to make you feel welcoming from the first time in and the entire time there. Thank you so much for your service and I will be referring you guys to everyone I know that is need of a good place for your vision.

I went in to get a prescription, mind you I don't have insurance. So i know my bill was going to be super high but Jorge recommended i get the 2/$79 deal that was going on & he was EXTREMELY helpful during the whole process, he was very patient & his whole demeanor gave comfortable enough to carry on a conversation yet very professional. Anyways Jorge gets a 10/10 rating from me:)))

Would definitely recommend this place! Jorge was the one who helped us and he did an amazing job! He was very friendly, explicative, and informative on the differences between the lenses and what was recommended based on our eye exam! Me and my husband got 2 pairs of glasses. 1 regular pair for daily tasks and driving. Our 2nd pair being safety glasses since we work outside! Very affordable! 5 stars!

Jennifer is AWESOME!!! When my son came home in leave from the Navy we stopped by Stranton to get him some contacts, he'd gone 6 months without glasses or contacts. After the exam it was discovered that they did not have his prescription in stock to try. Jennifer called to EVERY other location to see if she could find his script so he could see by the time he left, unfortunately without success but she went the extra 100 miles! It was going to take a week for them to come in and since they would be in before he had to leave....it was fine.... until they were not ready when promise... totally not her fault but she took ownership and called to the distributor and had them in the following day! Since we were pushing to get my son to the airport to return to his ship....Jennifer stayed past closing to make sure he got his contacts before boarding!!!! THANK YOU JENNIFER!!!! You are the embodiment of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Give this lady a raise!!!

Amazing souls , so kind and helpful, Jen was amazing , so patient and understanding , I had a horrible experience with my prior doctor and had a fear of trying a new one but as soon as I got the help the second I walked in , it was an instant relief, patient with me when we were trying to figure things out , so happy i decided to come in !!

Great service and very professional. Helped me out with my contacts and got brand new contacts quick and easy.
