The staff was friendly enough but their system has an incredible disconnect. Each time I got a notification that my glasses were ready it was a false message. on the second time they remade the lenses they did not fit my chosen frames. I would have had to wait over a month to get them. Even after I got my refund for the glasses they still called me saying my order was ready so they still initiated the remake without my authorization. I do not trust their system.

Had a glasses examine here. Cost of getting a new pair of glasses was half what I paid for my last pair - including the cost of the exam. My prescription is so high that I can't even see myself in the trial frames in-store, both women were super kind and helped me decide. Awesome place.
