yeah don't do what i did. not only did they not put the uv shades on the glass, but they are not stigmatized like i need them to be. actually really upset because i was also convinced to buy 1 pair outside of my range instead of getting 2 cheap ones. and the ONLY REASON Julie had to help me is because their labels were sun-bleached and you literally couldn't tell the color until they came to check you out. waste of my money, never again.

I came to this place because they offered same-day service on single vision glasses and the deal was two pairs of glasses for $80. The reason I came to this place was because I'm legally blind and immediately needed glasses. I got the test done and I wasn't told beforehand that my glasses wouldn't be able to get done on the day of. Instead they waited until I completely did the full test and completed the payment and that's when they decided to tell me oh by the way it's not going to be ready today and that it will be ready on Monday that it will be ready on Monday at nine in the morning and if not at nine in the morning, it will be ready around 3 o'clock. today is Monday. I went by around 6:30 and I was told that only half of my lenses arrived for each pair and that the other half will take about 4 to 3 business days to arrive. kinda sucks that i gotta wait this long because i drive far for work & also need to read a bunch of stuff for work too.

I bought a pair of glasses from here about a year ago, and the angle of the right leg of the frame somehow gets larger than what it supposed to be (due to poor quality?), so I brought it to the store and they said it is impossible for them to fix it for me, and urge me to get a new pair of glasses, which doubles the original price! I came home and fixed it myself (photo shows the glasses after my fix). Never ever get anything from this store! There is No customer service and they just want to deceive you to get your money... Not honest at all!

I love that the waiting room has such engaging shows while you wait and Jenni consistently checked in on me while I waited. Jenni explained every step prior to carrying it out and checked on me after each step. This really helped me feel more comfortable with the virtual doctor. They were both helpful in picking out frames and guiding my choices on what looks best for my face shape. Lastly, they worked with my budget and made sure I got a fantastic deal for my 2 frames and lenses - even without insurance. Their top notch service made the experience worth it.
