I made an appointment 5 days ahead online entered all the information required including insurance. The staff was friendly, however, when I get to the appointment. They made me complete the initial document. After 10 mins. They let me know my insurance is not in their network. Drove 1hr and half for nothing. Unorganized. Not good experience.

Bought contacts here but they only offer they're house brand, I usually only use Alcon brand Toric contacts, the contacts brand they use is eyedia and it would only be good for one wear, after the first wear they would be uncomfortable inside my eye socket very irritating, bad quality contacts, I asked the lady if I could get Alcon brand and she said no, maybe next time because she had already placed the order(this was during my first visit) wasted 400$ because I ordered contacts for 6 months

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! i agree with the other review, as spanish speakers they know that they will keep receiving customers because it attracts the spanish speaking individuals ONLY because they speak spanish, but individuals in latin culture most but not all don't know a lot about other options they may have as far as receiving better service elsewhere.. there's been several times that they don't attend us the right way, and also given my family bad service. please look elsewhere these people don't deserve your business. they are rude and don't give good customer service. but i do have to say this one doctor is great, it's a white lady, she's very informative, she spoke to me about school and career options, very sweet.. but they seriously need better staff members.

Bad customer service , front desk woman was VERY RUDE !!!! Throwing the glasses at me and being really disrespectful. I'm paying $390 for glasses and to get bad service like that ?? They need to work on their customer service !

As a client this place is not good.I bought a pair of glasses and one of the lenses always fell.Impacient employees.If I could give this place a 0 I would.I am speaking to you as someone who has an experience,or more simpler a costumer,not someone else who just walks in and looks and assumes.There are better locations like Spring Branch Eye Care Center,Eyeglass Shop and much more.Just do not be a customer here.
