Took my daughter's 2 days before Thanksgiving and was told they should get their glasses within 2-3wks. I understood and waited patiently. Called after the 3rd week and was told there is delay due to change in their vendor but that it should be ready within another 2wks. Called after those 2wks and now they tell me no order went through. Thanks for the notice. Very bad experience.
