This my first experience getting a pair of glasses at Optical. For the first time ever I bought a pair of glasses that I truly love! I browsed through many places with the expectation of paying over $200 for just a pair of glasses that I believed would suit my face. However, over here I just paid $179 for everything, including all the things I was recommend by my ophthalmologist. Mell was amazing, I was in and out of there within 8 minutes. She has great customer service and did amazing serving me and other customers

I have never seen a customer be treated as poor as JULIE treated my mother today. Julie was so rude and disrespectful for no reason at all. My mother is very quiet and passive and Julie tried it. Whatever she has going on in her personal life she definitely took out on my mother and that was not okay. I am disappointed in Mell the manager because she was right there and did not intervene when her intial greeting to my mom was "What do you want?"followed by " so what do you want glasses or contact" in the nastiest tone. I walked out of the store to keep from going off. I don't even speak to my mother like that. I am writing a formal complaint to their corporate office because what happened today was unacceptable. There are many people out there who need a job, if Julie doesn't like hers or want to do it.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I used to love coming to this location. The place USED to be clean and easy to shop around at. BUT I stopped by after my exam this year and this place was TRASHED! Literal trash is all you see when you enter the store. There could literally be bugs in all those boxes and bags back in their tiny room . But somehow a fridge is fit into it all!? The frames cabinets were dusty and unorganized. Finally all I saw was customer orders sitting on their back long counter. Just sitting there? So if I purchase, my private information will be there as well for others to see? Mell the store manager didn't seem busy enough to just be sitting there and not cleaning up. I browsed, saw the mess, got overstimulated and left. Someone give them a HIPPA VIOLATION and call the health department. You all lost a long time customer.

The new manager is amazing. Unfortunately the Richmond location messed my wifes prescription up. Literally someone else's on her account. And it's been a back and forth. But the new manager on Eldridge immediately took care of my wife I mean she was amazing and we appreciate everything that she's done regards to getting my wife's prescription corrected
