The employees were prompt, knowledgeable very professional. They listened to my concerns and addressed them. I received my eyeglasses and they fit perfectly and were of excellent quality. No adjustments were needed. AARP members also get an additional discount off frames and lenses.

Mr. Jesse helped me and he was informative and down to earth. He did an AMAZING job and I witnessed him be VERY kind to the staff. When I walked in a VERY nice gentleman named Mr. Oliver greeted me. As Oliver was trying to assist me, Mr. Jesse told me he would love the opportunity to help me because he wanted Mr. Oliver to take a break to get something to eat. Mr. Oliver said he didn't mind helping me but Mr. Jesse said he would take good care of me, go enjoy your break. I knew I was in the right place! If you take care of each other like that....I know you'll take care of me. Nice job Oliver & Jesse! Oh by the way, Mr. Oliver walked...not directed me but WALKED me over to Dr. James next door and he came back and brought him some lunch for later. WOW

Today at Target Optical I had the pleasure of buying contacts and glasses from Mr. Oliver. First of all he was very knowledgeable about my insurance and the discounts that were available. He was patient and very caring. I appreciate the way he let me know my options and he wasn't trying to sell me anything I couldn't afford. He made sure I had what I needed with reasonable pricing.
