Was pleasantly surprised to hear that they are still located in the same place. Dr Porter took care of my needs and made some recommendations. Very professionally handled. The staff was also cheerful and professionally adept.

My husband and I are both treated by Dr. Decker, who really knows just about everything about eyes. The highlight for us, though, is a technician named Mason. He is friendly, polite, patient and will explain to you everything that he's doing. Mason just seems to put a little extra effort into everything and seems genuinely glad to help you.

The young tall person (so sorry forgot his name) who helped me with the testing on Tuesday morning, at 9.15 AM, was really good, very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I am a health care professional myself, proud of him. Dr. Porter is, as always very knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. We all go to him, several years of good care for the whole family. This was my first time to visit the Eye center . My Doctor is Dr Hipps . He is very professional and answered all my questions for my upcoming Cataract Surgery . The entire staff is very friendly . I had a good experience and look forward to get my surgery done . I highly recommend Dr Hipps and this clinic .

Outstanding in every way! From the minute you enter at the front desk, staff is very efficient. They get you directly into a waiting room and then you move into the examination phase ,tests, meet with the doctor and back out. Very efficient and very well run.

Support staff is courteous friendly helpful and cheerful Drs are careful, courteous personal compassionate and technically correct competent. I am thankful for their care.

The staff was amazing, efficient , thorough and patient. Dr Hipps had a great calm and friendly demeanor thay put me at ease. I thought I would just get an evaluation and need to schedule another visit to have my procedure done. However Dr Hipps was able to actually do the procedure I needed during the same visit and I was able to drive myself home. After dealing with my issue for 2 months I was extremely happy that the staff at Texas Eye Institute was able to bring me immediate relief. I highly reccomend Dr Hipps and his staff.

Dr.Malineni, was Great! She is one Dr that makes you want to always go to. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I'm glad that I kept my appointment with her. I would highly recommend anyone to go to her if they have any problems with their eyes, I love her. I'm so glad I found her. She's terrific. You are so blessed to have her on your staff.
