I found my new eye care center! Dr Lam was super helpful and made to explain in detail about my flurries and progressive lens. Carla was super knowledgeable of the products and even backing up my need for progressive lens. The product selection is top tier too. I declined the progressive lens, but I am going back for a 2nd pair of glasses this month. This time I will follow the doctors orders!

I had myself and 3 adolescents that scheduled an appointment on the same day, plus as an added detail I brought my daughters friend who needed to transfer a prescription for her glasses from another company so she could choose glasses as well. And the staff and optometrist were great at every level of customer experience. Polite, efficient, helpful, friendly, patient, understanding, knowledgeable and informative. I couldn't have gotten a better experience anywhere!

I'm really happy with the service I received from this business. The doctor was kind and knowledgeable and didn't rush, the office staff was patient and when the first pair ordered came back with a slight flaw that wasn't their fault they sent them back in a timely fashion during the Christmas and New Year week. I then was hospitalized and wasn't able to get to the office for almost two weeks later and when I did finally get there, they were kind and caring and took extra care with me. My glasses the second time were great. I only didn't give 5 stars because the restroom needs renovation. Thank you so much TSO for your help and service.
