Angela, Norma (front desk) and the Doctor were very helpful and so kind. The minute we walked in Norma was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. The Male Dr. is bilingual and very thorough. Angela was very thorough in explaining what glasses are best for my dad and measuring his glasses. She was the best! Love her! Clinic is clean and very comfortable waiting area. Plenty of free parking. Definitely recommend and will return. Thank you!

This place is a total rip off!! They pretty much charge for everything and isnt family friendly. So single people welcomed! They had my kids wait for their glasses at a very long period of time. They told me my insurance couldn't cover something and come to find out it did at another place! Wouldn't be surprised if this place shuts down like the rest of them frauds! Glad Im never going back

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! The 1st time I went, the wrong prescription was given, and the glasses were not correct. I went back a 2nd time, and the same thing happened. After the 3rd time I went it was done correctly but it took over a month to get my glasses. I kept calling to see if my glasses were ready and they kept saying system was down and they were not ready and they would call me. I never got a call to let me know they were ready. Finally, when I called, they told me the glasses would be ready on a certain day. When I showed up, they were not ready, and they said the glasses I picked out would not work with progressive. When I picked them out in the first place, she had checked that and said they would work. After that they said they would be ready in a few days and they would call me. Instead, I got an email, a week later, and I do not check my email that much, so I did not know they were ready till almost a week later after they were ready. To me that is very unprofessional. After I picked up my glasses, they called me to tell me I owed $125 for the progressive glasses I needed. I would have had no problem paying if they would have given me the correct amount. I looked it up on my insurance and the progressive should have cost me $50 not $125. They do not have much of a selection on the glasses my insurance covered. I needed progressive and the glasses I chose they told me they would be able to do it, but I do not trust this place and will NEVER go back. Worse experience I have ever had any glasses place.

I brought my son for the past two years and have a relationship with the ladies that I finally decided it was time to finally do something for myself and get my eye exam and I'm extremely happy with the results but even more happier with my sons every single time I definitely recommend for you to take a chance and check them out

Worst experience ever. My mom had gone to this location because this location was only provided by her insurance The first time she went to get her glasses. They gave her the wrong prescription and would not try to replace the glasses to give the correct prescription. She will not go back ever to this location, walmart is better lol

First visit was fine. Until I had to wait for the glasses. They didnt even call me. I had to call them to check on the status after 3 weeks of no call. When I came in they didn't care to adjust my glasses AND when I asked where's my case they claim " those don't have one" what glasses don't come with a case? Absolutely ridiculous. She was rude about it like she hated being there. If you don't like your job just don't work there. Absolutely disrespectful

Paid $350 and received the wrong case for my glasses. If you're going to charge designer prices then you can give me the correct casing for it. When I addressed it with the receptionist she said it was correct and when I pointed out the case is a completely different brand I got ignored. As soon as I got home the case came apart!!! I loved Sarah she is a sweetheart but between the prices and the selection and the dismissal of the other receptionist I will not be returning for future business.

I was hesitant to come due to the poor reviews and hadn't been here in 10 years but I'm glad I took the chance and visited anyway. They have a whole new staff, this office is clean, the ladies are so nice and patient and the doctor was very informative. I would visit the TSO in spring and dreaded going to the eye doctor because the process always felt rushed there and would leave feeling uncertain. Here at Texas Style Eyewear I felt relaxed and heard and felt nothing but positive vibes. Would definitely be returning and refer this place to my friends and family. Thank you!
