I absolutely love this place! From the moment you walk in, the people make you feel genuinely welcome. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and give you great tips on eyewear fitment. They really know what they're talking about and take the time to make sure you find the perfect frames. What sets them apart, in my opinion, is their collection of exclusive brands that you simply can't find anywhere else in Houston and their exceptional customer service (and PATIENCE!). I've bought several pairs from them already, and each visit feels like an elevated experience. Highly recommend!

I've gotten my glasses at the Eye Gallery on Westheimer for about 6 years now. Dr. Farmer next door is wonderful. They have the best selection of unusual and more colorful frames. I get lots of compliments on my eyewear. I highly recommend for new eyeglasses and to service any existing frames or lenses. Parking is a little tough so I prefer to Uber there - less stressful for me.

I just got my early Mother's Day gift , a designer sunglasses, and within 10 days I dropped them on a concrete floor. I was heart broken and was looking for a place to get it repaired. Went to some other place and they put black paint on such expansive sunglasses , please don't do that and risk it getting more damaged. Then I decided to go to The Eye Gallery. I was amazed that they are very knowledgeable , professional, and they know exactly what they are doing. Alex fixed my damaged sunglasses in a blink of an eye ( not literally , but it was that quick) . I was not even able to find where they got damaged before. I am so glad and happy. They have a friendly and humble staff , I loved that the manager/owner had such a positive vibe , like she does this work out of love. I will be going there again, since they have an amazing collection of eye wear. Would highly recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you ! P.S: before and after pics attached .

My wife and I received incredible customer service at the Eye Gallery of Houston today. Mr. Fikri and his staff were so kind, thoughtful, and even taught us a lot about proper eyewear. What we perhaps enjoyed the most was the personal touch they provide in their customer service. We felt as we had their complete attention the entire time. Lastly we feel as if we made friends today just by visiting with them. Can't wait until we get to stop by again.

I can't say how helpful Lana and the team at The Eye Gallery have been. Getting prescription sunglasses with customs tints should be tedious but my experience was nothing short of fantastic. Did I find my go-to store for all things glasses? Yes! Oh, did I mention I did this remotely? Shipping and plans for custom lenses was done expertly efficient. Go to them and be amazed at how well they know their stuff and how well they treat their customers. Thank you once again!

Had a fantastic experience at the eye gallery with Carlos. Very friendly, respectful guy who could quickly tell what frames fit what face. Really easy smooth experience. Lots of different frames.

The staff here was so friendly and sweet! Dr.Farmer recommended them right after my eye appointment. Crystal and Lana were so down to earth, they were helpful in helping me find a set of pair that i could wear on a day to day basis. I will definitely be back for more eyewear in the future.
